Limited Warranty
The Sprinkler Anchor Systems carry a three year
Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. US Product
Solutions, Inc. will repair or replace any defective products or
components that are found to have any manufacture defect due to
material or workmanship. This Limited Warranty does not cover
any damaged product due to misuse, neglect or abuse, accident, or
improper installation. Under no circumstances will US Product
Solutions, Inc. be held liable for incidental or consequential
damages. All implied warranties are limited in duration to
three years following purchase. Some States do not permit the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or
implied warranties, therefore, the above exclusions or limitations
may not apply to you. If any problems arise with a Sprinkler
Anchor System within the warranty period, please contact US Product
Solutions, Inc. by calling Toll Free 1-877-660-1940.
Shipping
Please Note: US Product Solutions, Inc.
ships from Texas. It takes approximately 2-3 business days for
orders to be processed and shipped.
Shipping Cost:
The actual shipping cost will be calculated by
FedEx at the time of checkout based upon the total weight of your
order and the shipping destination. The total shipping cost
will be displayed before payment information is entered.
*Please Note that we cannot deliver any order to
PO Box/APO addresses.
When shipping to a business, office, apartment,
or condominium, you must include a suite number, floor number, or
apartment or condominium number. US Product Solutions, Inc.
will not be held responsible for delivery delays due to insufficient
or incorrect shipping information as provided by the customer at
time of checkout.
Order Cancellation
If you must cancel an order, please email
info@sprinkleranchor.com
within 24 hours after placing your order. Please fill in the
subject line with "ORDER CANCELLATION". Please be sure to
include your order invoice number within the email. Please
